Find historical prices for any home in Salt Lake County. Most listings include photos of the dwelling just after construction, and often more recent photos. Items about the house are given grades by the county as well, from quality of materials used in parts of the home to the outward appearance. Square footage, Central air or not, and so on. They even have an 'effective year built' listed, with a more recent year in this field meaning the home is expected by the county to last longer than older 'effective year' homes. This site is excellent if you are looking into purchasing a specific house to see its history, and always fun to look up your house or the houses of your friends (or enemies).
