And a ton of other services and networks that I don't use
In addition to updating by phone or your browser, they have just released a toolbar which is a handy way to update your networks without having to go to any particular page.
You can get really granular as far as what Ping will update for each network, which may be overwhelming but can also be VERY useful when the rubber hits the road.
